Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in executing and coordinating various marketing activities to support our brand's growth and engagement. You will be responsible for managing our email and SMS campaigns, scheduling and creating social media content, coordinating photo shoots, and overseeing project management for our external marketing partners. You will also support marketing efforts for onsite events, ensuring that every initiative aligns with our brand's unique style and voice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email and SMS Campaigns:
- Develop, schedule, and send out email and SMS campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive sales.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with our Email/SMS agency to align on strategies and creative direction.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage the social media content calendar across all platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.
- Work with the creative team to ensure all content aligns with our brand's aesthetic and tone.
- Content Creation Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate photo and video shoots for brand content, including sourcing talent, locations, and styling to capture the essence of our brand.
- Ensure timely delivery of content that meets our brand standards and marketing goals.
- Project Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact with external marketing partners, including our Email/SMS and paid social ad agencies.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure all campaigns are executed effectively and on schedule.
- Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance.
- Event Marketing Support:
- Assist with planning and executing marketing activities for onsite events, including promotions, social media coverage, and post-event analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure successful event marketing.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and report on the effectiveness of all marketing efforts, using data-driven insights to recommend improvements and optimize future initiatives.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the eCommerce and/or apparel industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics software.
- Experience with Klaviyo, Figma, Attentive, and Shopify is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Experience coordinating photo and video shoots or creative content production.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
