When will my order ship?
Once you've placed your order, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process through our warehouse. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link that you can use to track your order to your door.
During promotional and holiday periods, shipments may be slightly delayed due to increased order volumes.
Do you ship internationally?We are able to ship Internationally! All Imperfects orders shipping outside of the United States include shipping and import fees paid during the checkout process. Any applicable duties and taxes will be added into the total of the shipping costs. Once the order is placed, customers will not be responsible for paying any other import fees.
Where are your surfboards made?
Our surfboards are handmade start to finish in San Diego, CA
Where are your skateboards made?
Our skateboards are made in San Diego, CA by one of the original skateboard manufacturers in the world.
Can I update or cancel my order?
Yes, we are able to cancel and refund orders within 24 hours of purchase and prior to shipping. Please email us at service@imperfects.com if you need to cancel or update your order.
What is your return policy?

What items do discount codes work on?
Imperfects only offers discounts of any kind on full priced Imperfects Apparel and Skateboard decks only. The Mr. Lynch Collection or any collaboration pieces are not eligible for any discounts.
We ask that you enter any eligible discounts during the checkout process. We are unable to partially refund orders if the discount is not applied during checkout.
Discount codes are only eligible for online purchases. Past discounts offered during promotional periods that have closed are not eligible for use on past or future orders.
