We're glad you're here. Partnering with Imperfects means you're getting into something good and we want to keep things simple, transparent, and easy to navigate. Here's everything you need to know about how we work.
Returns & RTVs
We love our partners, but we don't do RTVs. All sales are final, so we ask that you take a good look at your order before confirming. When in doubt, reach out — we're happy to help you make the right call before an order is placed.
Order Minimums
No minimums for at-once here (for the most part). Order what makes sense for your business. If a specific product or program has a minimum, we'll call it out clearly so there are no surprises.
Payment Terms
All orders need to be paid in full before they ship — no exceptions. Once payment is confirmed, we'll get things moving. If you have questions about how to pay, just drop us a line. Imperfects does not extend net terms unless a separate written agreement has been established.
Prebook Orders
Prebooks run on a schedule — yours included. All prebook orders will be billed and shipped within their designated ship windows. We'll give you a heads up as your window approaches so you're never caught off guard. Need a change? Reach out early and we'll do our best to work with you.
