Imperfects offers Easy Flat Rate Shipping on all orders. 

Need your order quicker? Please contact us at support@imperfects.com with any next day shipping inquiries.

Orders will be processed and shipped in 2-3 business days. Once Imperfects has delivered your order to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. 

Please note any order containing a pre-order product will be shipped at the time the pre-order product is available to ship.

If you are shipping to a PO Box within the United States, your order will be routed with USPS.

FINAL SALE

All Surf Craft products, including wetsuits, Skate products, Collaboration Collections and discounted products in our Last Chance Collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned sale or final sale item, the package will be returned to you and our customer service team will notify you via email. No exchange or return will be issued. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
